Nice, I like how you did the faces (one of my weaknesses) and the soft coloring. However, you would benefit from some anatomy study/practice. Making Shikamaru disproportionally larger is not as noticeable to me as the fact Temari seems to be missing a lot of her middle. I think part of it is the angle, but I did see some similar anatomy mistakes in your TenTen picture.

...sorry for such a long post. ^^;
